Semolina Art

This is a fun-filled activity for preschoolers. My daughter enjoyed it because she just loves to sprinkle. We used Semolina to create this picture.

Things You'll Need: Black Styrofoam tray(used in vegetable packaging,Cleaned and Dried), Semolina, Glue, Paintbrushes, Empty Tooth Pick Dispenser or Salt sprinkler

Steps overview:
Draw a simple picture outline on the Styrofoam tray. I drew a picture of Moon and Stars.

On the Styrofoam tray let your kid paint glue in a small portion of the design .

Fill empty tooth pick dispenser or a salt sprinkler with semolina and let your kid sprinkle the semolina over the glued area. Leave for a sec and shake off the excess semolina from the tray, leaving semolina stuck in the glued area.

Repeat the above steps for the entire picture.

We will get a beautiful Night scenery at the end. My daughter was so excited that she started singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little star.
