Autumn/Fall: Sticker puppets

CJ is totally obsessed with the Stickopotamus/Sticko stickers sold at Wal-mart. Most of the time we have to stop by the stickers aisle. Last week she found some cute fall stickers but this time its Harvest stickers. She started "Mommy, Daddy, Please, please shall we buy these". Though it looked expensive, 5 stickers for $1.50. I gave a go on it because the scarecrow sticker looked so adorable. I didn't want CJ to use the cute stuff on papers, so we made mini puppets with craft sticks and the stickers.

Sticko Sticker puppets

All you need is Stickers, craft/Popsicle sticks

Just stick the stickers to Popsicle sticks and perform a puppet show.

For Book + Craft, Is it always necessary to do a craft to go along with a book, why not do a craft and read a book:-). We have decided to checkout our favorite scarecrow book - The Lazy Scarecrow (Read-It! Readers)

We made some butterfly puppets too using our favorite Stickopotamus/Sticko stickers.

Now do we have a nursery rhyme - "Ten little butterflies" ?
