Dry erase: WordWorld Coloring Pages

Any dry erase marker activity engages CJ for hours. Inspired by the dry erase work book activity on one hot Crafty mama, I created dry erase WordWorld coloring pages. Instead of work book, I laminated them so that it would be easier to carry-along as single sheets.

If you aren't familiar with WordWorld-where words come alive, its a ready to learn TV series. Every character and object is build of the word itself. For ex, Duck is made of alphabets D,U,C,K.

For more information you can visit Wordworld website/Wikipedia link

WordWorld.com is a free online resources offering ebooks, Activities for kids and Interactive resource for parents and teachers. CJ just loves the eBooks. Smile for crocodile ebook is the most viewed. May be the purple bow of the crocodile impressed her. Activity sheets, Episode related activities can be found at the For kids page. There are lot of activity sheets like coloring pages, Cross word Puzzle, Scramble sheets and lot more. I'm planning to do the Episode related activities during summer vacation. CJ also liked the Duck's Alphabet page, its a game where Duck runs through letters and their sounds.

Oh my, I got into Wordworld website. Now coming to our activity, I printed Wordworld coloring pages on both sides of the paper. It would have been better if the coloring pages had a label for the character, for ex, an ANT label for an ANT image. I just added the labels so that CJ can practice writing on them. Finally laminated the sheets.

Dry erase coloring sheets ready. Either dry erase markers/washable markers can be used. Hours of fun and reusable too!
